The UQ-UCN English Language Institute (ELI) is an establishment dedicated to teaching the English language in the north of Chile. This institute was born out of an alliance between the Universidad Católica del Norte and the University of Queensland in Australia, in order to establish a center for high quality English language training services.
The institute can be found on the third floor of the CEDUC-UCN building, located on Ramon Freire 01416 in the city of Antofagasta, Chile.
