This program is designed especially for executives capable of making complex decisions for international and national organizations. He/she possesses leadership, negotiation, communication and collaboration skills and is an advocate for change. He/she is able to assume responsibility in the forming and development of plans, establish protocols and monitor a plan being implemented. With strong ethics and a great awareness of the processes and problems that organizations encounter.
A graduate may work as an executive or staff member, company founder or consultant in any private, public, national or international organization.
This program is focused on International Business, therefore it relies on the participation of senior level foreign and Chilean professionals.
The main objective of the Business Administration Master’s Program is to be an alternative, high caliber professional development opportunity for the UCN undergraduates, implementing improvement plans, maintaining the quality standards of the undergraduate program, establishing moments to collaborate with other professionals in order to recognizes changes in the discipline and company requirements, and developing research, productive projects and student theses that benefit the region and country.
This program is aimed at national and international professionals who studied for a minimum of 8 semesters.
Plan of Studies
The Business Administration Master’s Program takes two years to complete.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Have a degree and a minimum of 4 years’ academic study from a university recognized by the Ministry of Education
- For foreign students, the Program Committee with accept students on a case by case basis, depending on each applicant’s’ academic achievements accredited by the official and diplomatic channels.
